RENTAL STEPS
Find below the steps to rent a boat with or without licence in Cap d’Agde, Languedoc Roussilon, at Bat’ÔLoc.
Choose a boat
Select a boat according to your wishes:
-Electric boat
-Motor boat 6HP without licence
-Motor boat with licence (From 50HP to 250HP)
Security deposit and Payment
You need to prove your Identity (any kind of ID CARD) and have a Credit Card for the Deposit.
Payment can be made by card (Visa, Master card, Maestro, AMEX) or cash
Inventory and briefing
Before departure we make an inventory of the boat and explain to you how to drive the boat and which tours you can take.
Documents required for any rental
To rent you a boat we will need the following document before departure. These are mandatory for any rental.
Navigation licence
(if renting with licence)
ID CARD
or Passport
Credit card
for the guarantee

Rent a boat to suit your holiday plans. We are open every day during the season depending on the weather.
-Electric boat without licence to visit Cap d’Agde Harbour and Islands.
-Motor boat (6HP) to cruise along Cap d’Agde coast and discover our Languedoc landscape (sea trip, river trip on the Herault river).
-Motor boat with licence to cruise around Cap d’Agde shore (sea trip, river trip in the Herault River or Etang de Thau). Add extra thrills to your rental by renting a ski tube, waterskis or wake board.
Do not forget to book in advance your motor boat (with or without licence) in July and August when it can be really busy.
For electric boats there is no need to book, however during the high season you might have to be patient while in the waiting list.
Safety gear is mandatory on-board and will be provided by Bat’Ô Loc
If you have children, we will provide the right lifejacket depending on their size and age.
Always have a mobile phone with you on board and don’t forget your sunscreen, some water and suimsuit if you decide to go into the sea from one of our boats (with or without licence)!
Pets are not allowed on-board.
